WEWALKA pizza dough is fresh and available in different varieties. Our pizza dough is already available in the right dough thickness, placed on baking paper and ready for use. Optionally coat or fill and fold the dough and off it goes into the oven. Arrange the pastry and enjoy.
Pizza dough is a yeast dough with olive oil and salt. There are two classical variants: either a thin dough – the Italian version – whereby the pizza gets its crispy crust. Or a thick dough - the American version – which achieves a high base with a spongier bite.
