The paste of Stigliano (Matera) comes from the milling of wheat named "Senator Cappelli", able to give a unique taste and high quality to finished product. The milling is done at the mill of Stigliano with an experience of three generations of millers. The organic pasta is extruded through bronze Stigliano and dried at low temperature. Method of cultivation and processing are certified ORGANIC.
Storage: Once opened, refrigerate and use within 5 days.
Preparation: cook directly in the pot over medium heat for 4 minutes.
Goat cheese with chilli: cheese made from goat milk, fresh, whole, thermised and added with specific lactic acid bacteria and dried chili. It has hard crust, thin, yellow-white paste paglierno and consistent, firm and tasty, great table cheese, lends itself particularly well for the preparation of appetizers, appetizers and main courses.
