Organoleptic characteristics: The product is prepared from fresh, mature, sound raw red currant fruits, Ribes nigrum, adequate variety, free from all impurities, without damaged or blemished fruits. The product is individually quick frozen, without ice, with typical taste and flavour and typical colour. All products are regularly tested on microbiology (including Norovirus and Hepatitis), pesticides and heavy metals. Shelf life of the finished product is 24 months.
