Cook each medallion for 4 minutes at 800W.
Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC. Place the product in a baking dish and cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until the coating is golden and looks crispy.
Cook at a medium temperature for approximately 10 minutes, without turning. Cover the frying pan while cooking.
Pre-heat the oven at 220ºC. Place the product in a baking dish and cook for approximately 25 minutes, or until the coating is golden and crispy.
Fry in a little fat at a medium temperature for approximately 8-10 minutes each side, or until the coating is golden and crispy. Drain on kitchen paper before serving.
