Grapeseed Oil and Goccia D'Oro has a very close relationship since we were one of those first pioneers to introduce this oil in local market in close ties with our territory: “Piedmont - Alba” a famous wine district here in Italy where Wine and Grapes have a long tradition. Grapeseed Oil is made by pressing the small seeds found in the grapes of the wine (Vitis vinifera), which have a high oil content (15-16%) and contain multiple minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. All this out-standing properties and healthful characteristics have permitted us to increase our development of production by time so that today our Oil is best known as special secret for many gourmet chefs who love its light and nutty, yet neutral flavor and it's unique ability to enhance the flavors of ingredients instead of overpowering them.
